Method

1. Pour SunGloball Sorrel Juice into a small saucepan.
2. Warm gently on low heat for 3–5 minutes.
   Do not boil — this keeps the flavour smooth and natural.

A vibrant, refreshing cocktail that highlights the bright hibiscus flavour of your sorrel juice while staying smooth and aromatic.

Ingredients (1 serving)

• 75ml SunGloball Sorrel Juice
• 35ml White Rum (or Coconut Rum for a tropical twist)
• 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 10ml Ginger Syrup (or muddled ginger + 1 tsp sugar)
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• Ice cubes

Garnish

• Lime wheel
• Fresh mint sprig
• Optional: thin slice of fresh ginger or a star anise pod

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add SunGloball Sorrel Juice, rum, lime juice, and ginger syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice.
5. Add a dash of bitters.
6. Garnish and serve.

Method

Method

Ingredients

• 50ml Tequila Blanco
• 25ml SunGloball Sorrel Juice
• 20ml Triple Sec
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 1 slice jalapeño or pinch of cayenne
• Tajín or salt rim

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a rimmed margarita glass.
